Your role

We’re looking for Intern in HR Service Delivery Lifecycle to:

• resolve employees' concerns quickly and precisely while keeping them updated and informed
• treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
• stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
• cooperate with multiple stakeholders on daily basis
• ability to work with other languages
• Contribute to creating a positive clients experience
• Inputting of data into HR Systems

Your team

You'll be part of Lifecycle Team within Global HR Service Delivery organization based in Kraków. We are the core HR Operations team which provides HR services to all employees and line managers through our ticketing system. We also work on various technologies or robots to make the process more efficient.

Your expertise

• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and HR Systems
• truly service oriented with great communication skills
• well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
• able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
• Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of German and/or Italian/ French will be an asset
