UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking a Associate Director, Chapter Lead Engineering in Weehawken, NJ.

We’re looking for a Associate Director, Chapter Lead Engineering to:

• Plan, manage and execute product and portfolio lifecycle for best business and operational results.
• Manage risks that could impact IT services, products and client portfolios.
• Provide improved reporting and service to ensure operational sustainability.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers, working closely with business product owners and stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead crew wide initiatives aimed at improving services, products and processes based on the results of service and product reviews and process evaluations.

Your expertise

This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in IT Management, Software Engineering, or a related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Lead, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IT Management, Software Engineering, or a related field of study plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Lead, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Delivering enterprise applications, Informatica,
• Analytics and OKR’s Reporting, Data Modeling, Data Transformation,
• SQL Server,
• Project Management, Software Development Lifecycle,
• Integration with vendor platforms.

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $164,000 to $170,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
