Your role
Are you passionate about turning complex data into strategic insights that drive business impact? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst and Data Insights Product Manager (Power BI) to join our U.S.-based team representing a global analytics function, focused on serving the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW Plus) client segment.
We are looking for someone like that to:
• Lead initiatives to improve data storytelling and deliver high-quality “actionable” insights tailored for executive consumption.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of impactful data visualizations and reporting solutions using Power BI for UHNW Plus and contribute towards an aligned user experience for staff servicing our largest, most globally engaged clients
• Own and enhance the product lifecycle of dashboards and analytical tools to support business decision-making at a senior level for UHNW Plus.
• Drive UHNW plus business steering evolution with cross-functional team members in the pod as well as iteratively define and prioritize new features and develop an operating model for demand management in the US.
• Co-develop with Stream and Crew Leads, a clear business & client insights product vision, strategy and roadmap for UHNW Plus.
• Act as the key liaison between global analytics teams and local U.S. stakeholders (including Smart Technologies & Advance Analytics Team - STAAT), aligning data insights to strategic priorities.
• Ensure the quality, compliance and service readiness of the product, including technical and non-functional requirements.

• New York: the salary range for this role is $135000 to $175000

Your team
Your working location will be New York, Manhattan. You'll be part of the global UHNW Plus / Global Family & Institutional Wealth Data & Analytics team based in Switzerland. You will be part of the local UHNW Plus business development team and a key partner of the regional analytics team STAAT.
Your expertise
• ideally 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics product management, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a global matrix environment.
• Familiarity with UHNW/HNW client segment data, KPIs, and industry standards is a plus.
