Your role

Are you a strong product manager? Do you enjoy turning ideas into real solutions and collaborating across teams to make it happen?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Group HR team. In this role you will own delivery for a defined product area within a pod, manage priorities, lead sprint planning, backlog readiness, and day-to-day product decisions. You will be responsible for transforming SMEs insights into a high-impact, efficient product solutions, delivering detailed product requirements, and collaboration with UX design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• propose and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Turn SME insights into smart, scalable product solutions And write clear requirements collaborating with UX designers and engineers
• lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery
• prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and data insights
• ensure smooth execution by managing backlogs, sprint planning, and release coordination
• partner with change management and communications teams to support adoption and training
• monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and metrics

Your team

You'll be joining our global team that's all about developing and managing PRES Innovation. We're focused on bringing innovation to HR. Our goal is to make things more efficient for HR and business users, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience.

Your expertise

• ~5 years of experience in product management, HR technology, or a related field Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from both data and user feedback
• experience with development of strategy and roadmaps
• excellent collaboration skills
• a naturally curious mindset with a proactive approach to learning and innovation
• strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance
• curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• familiarity with HR Systems is a plus
• bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• experience to agile ways of working or product development processes is a plus
