Your team
The Client Asset sits within IB Operations and supports the CASS SMF and CASS Oversight Officer in ensuring UBS APAC entities comply with the requirements of the APAC Client Asset Rules (CASS).
The CASS oversight Analyst reports to either a CASS Oversight Officer. As a member of the team, they are responsible for performing key CASS activities linked to the CASS Services Catalogue, and detailed on the CASS controls matrix.
Your expertise
The role requires independent work; influencing to get information/ input from a wide base of stakeholders in London. The following technical skills and personal attributes are required:
Essential:
• Working knowledge of APAC (SG/HK/Australia /JP) CASS local rules/regulations
• Proven detailed knowledge/experience of one or more CASS impacted operations teams
• Delivery focus
• Relationship building and management
• Influencing skills
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
Desirable:
• Proficient in Excel to support data analysis techniques
• PowerPoint to facilitate preparation of management packs
• General ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under pressure
• Continuous improvement focus/ ability to apply to processes
