Your role

We’re looking for a team member in Remediation Readiness as part of the BCCH migration program to:
• analyze and drive various remediation items (risk, data or product items) related to the preparation for the overall client migration and define solutioning around those items including consequences framework and operationalization front-to-back
• define appropriate risk / return-priorities (i.e. overall need and timing of the remediation) with the various front-to-back stakeholders and existing governance as part of the BCCH migration program
• coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and our valuable clients to gather - information needed and to make it happen (i.e. support structure, training / familiarization, knowledge database, etc.)
• Support the Remediation Readiness team in various updates to senior management, interactions with Auditors and various other ad-hoc tasks with high visibility

Your team

You’ll be working in the Remediation Readiness as part of the BCCH migration program in Zurich with the need to be Swiss based given the access to Swiss CID data. We are specialized in reviewing client documentation and clean-up of data quality ensuring relationship readiness for upcoming client migration.

Your expertise

• at least 5 years of banking experience, preferably in Wealth Management
• experience in a Front or Front Support role or in a Control Function role
• expertise knowledge of ex-CS Front Office tools (FrontNet, CSDA, ELAR, Host) are a plus
• customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude who gets things done
• ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
• detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery
• facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.
• strong communication skills in English. Other language skills (in particular German) are a plus
