Your role

The Vendor Manager for is responsible for vendor performance and oversight. The individual in this role is responsible for the following key functions:
• client experience- Optimizing the performance of all internal and external partners to ensure the most consistent and highest level of FA & client service satisfaction
• external vendor management- Development, implementation and oversight of vendor management programs for partners supporting the business
• process improvement- Identification of improvement opportunities related to internal and external processes aimed at improving efficiency, client service and overall vendor performance
• performance reporting- Monitoring vendor performance against critical and contractual service level agreements. Development of performance scorecards covering all key client experience milestones to ensure efficient and timely processing of mortgage loan applications ensuring vendor compliance with UBS Policies and Procedures.
The position will oversee:
• serving as relationship and contract manager for assigned product channel
• scorecards/KPCs of suppliers under remit
• coordination and facilitation of ongoing meetings with external vendors
• business continuity management (BCM) planning
• performance Reviews
• budgeting, cost, billing and expense management.
• issue / Incident Management and monitoring
This role requires close coordination with assigned product team, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, information technology, other support units, as well as with affiliates. Individuals interested in applying for the role should have the following experience:
• national scale experience for large and complex financial institutions
• contract negotiation and management experience
• deep regulatory and compliance experience
• deep understanding of Operational Risk protocols

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $135000 to $175000

Your expertise

• B.A / B.S college degree
• ideally 5+ years in Vendor Management
