Your role
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy going above and beyond to ensure tasks are met and exceeded?
We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to:
•keep management systems up-to-date with client information and ongoing due diligence requirements
•understand and stay up-to-date on UBS products, services, protocols, and procedures
•assist clients with all administrative and operational tasks including account opening/transfer, disbursements and deposits, statements and reports, online services, and banking services
•support Sr. Team members with client meeting scheduling, logistics, preparation, and paperwork; meet weekly to review progress and results
•assist with client gifting and creating client “wow” moments
•complete firm-initiated projects
•participate in team projects, dinners, trips, and meetings

• Washington: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $80000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
• ideally 5 years of experience in a Client Associate role in the finance sector
•SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
•bachelor's degree
•Attention to detail / value accuracy
•You have grit, show consistent dedication, and are comfortable with complex problem-solving
•Growth mindset; you set goals and do what it takes to achieve them
•Accountable to your results
•Dedicated to providing exceptional client service
•Comfortable sharing your opinion and participating in team discussions
•Act with urgency; adapt to the pace of the team and stay efficient
