UBS Securities LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Investment Banking Associate in New York, NY.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Investment Banking Associate to:
• Contribute to the origination and execution of transactions for domestic and foreign and public and private entities.
• Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals. Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
• Lead the execution of Mergers and Acquisitions and advisory transactions, as well as equity and debt financings. Analyze business plans and value companies using a variety of methodologies.
• Prepare complex company financial models and deliver client presentations. Draft offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses.
• Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions. Prepare and manage the delivery of internal deal memos.
• Manage projects simultaneously with teams of professionals including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs.

Salary & Work Schedule: $190,000 to 275,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Finance or Investment Analyst, Investment Banking Associate, Capital Markets Analyst, or a related occupation.
The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Finance or Investment Analyst, Investment Banking Associate, Capital Markets Analyst, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Financial Statements,
• Corporate Finance,
• Mergers and Acquisitions,

• Detailed financial modeling to build out cash flow and merger models,
• FactSet; Bloomberg Applications Coding; Automation using Microsoft Excel; Due Diligence and Market Research.
