Your role
Do you have an operational profile and are you interested in the financial market?
We’re looking for an intern to:
Develop onboarding functions such as account/relationship opening, periodic renewals, account closure and maintenance required in the Client Onboarding process, and all the operating processes related to those activities as well as
• receive documents, scan and archive files
• analyses documents and input in systems
• attend the individual requests of several stakeholders
• execute operational processes that are fundamental for the daily routines

Your team
The Client Onboarding team supports the Global Wealth Management structure in Brazil and it is responsible to ensure the high quality of information and documentation of clients regarding Account Opening, periodic renewals, closure, and maintenance.
Your expertise
• undergraduate degree in administration, economics, international relations, or related areas
• strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions
• ideally advanced English (writing and speaking)
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspective
• intermediary/advanced skills in Excel
• availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo
