Your role
Advisory Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Product Specialist to support and expand our Managed Options Strategies (MOS) business. In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisors and their teams, external Money Managers, and Advisory management to drive the growth and ongoing development of our options-based strategies within Advisory Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and Growth: Support and expand our exchange-traded derivatives advisory program, covering a range of index and single stock option strategies.
• Sales and Education: Promote sales by identifying target opportunities and educating Financial Advisors regarding potential solutions
• Customer Experience: Streamline processes to ensure seamless client onboarding and life cycle management
• Strategic and Tactical Engagement: Collaborate with management on both strategic initiatives and tactical projects
• Enhancement Development: Lead the development and testing of platform enhancements
• Operations and Risk Management: Conduct various operational and risk oversight functions including the maintenance of Key Procedural Controls

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $110000 to $157000

Your team
Based in UBS’s Home Office in Weehawken, New Jersey, you will join the Program Management team within the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions division of Wealth Management Americas. Our primary objective is to provide Financial Advisors with the support and resources they need to deliver advice and guidance to our clients.
Your expertise
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or a related discipline.
• Certifications: FINRA Series 7/66 (or equivalent) required; FINRA Series 4 is a plus.
• Options Knowledge: Working knowledge of options fundamentals (Greeks, pricing, expiration cycles, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, ability to work with big data sets
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in MS Access or other databases are a plus
