Your role

Do you have experience and knowledge in the financial market and in control?

We are looking for analyst to:

• reconcile shareholder movements, ensuring the settlement of all transactions (investments and redemptions)
• monitor external requests and collateral holds related to shareholders
• support fund cash reconciliation activities and balance monitoring
• participate in investment fund events
• provide support for internal and external audits
• ensure the organization and regular updating of operational documents and regulatory reports

Your team

You will work in a dynamic and participatory environment with a strong team that will always answer your questions and help you grow professionally and master key fund management skills.

Your expertise

• experience in shareholder control operations
• knowledge of key investment fund regulations (CVM, Anbima, RFB and Bacen)
• understanding of tax rules applicable to investment funds
• intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• intermediate English proficiency (desirable)
• ANBIMA certification is a plus
• availability to work in São Paulo
