Your role

Are you a target driven individual? Do you know how to come up with innovative solutions for clients? We are looking for a Rates Salesperson to:
• promote products and trading opportunities to clients based on an in-depth understanding of their needs and investment styles
• be the link between clients and traders, providing our clients with market color and ensuring best-execution for their orders
• bring new clients to the firm, overseeing onboarding and development of relationships to create institutionalised connections
• maximize investment returns for clients by using the considerable amount of capital markets flow information and investment research at our disposal
• have the ability to cross sell other products within macro derivatives

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Markets Macro Distribution team, looking after professional investors like asset managers and fund managers. You’ll be able to draw on the strength of our platforms, products, services and people worldwide to give your clients whatever they need. The team spans across Hong Kong and Singapore with various seniors with deep market knowledge across macro topics and product knowledge in Rates and FX.

Your expertise

• excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies with EM & DM rates
• proven understanding of the regulatory environment and its effect on clients
• adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
• a passion for following market developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends
• driven, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a consistently professional manner
