We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
• support in defining and articulating the product vision, strategy and roadmap in the Crew “Financial Legacy” – the crew that develops and manages digital solutions to empower clients and their advisors in setting up the personalized succession plan and realizing the plan with suitable solutions, such as life insurance, trust and foundation, and diverse financial opportunities,
• understand the needs of clients and their advisors, collecting their feedback and ensuring that our digital solutions best meet what really matters to them,
• work closely with the business and markets to gather and prioritize product requirements,
• support product owner in creating digital concepts, defining the solution approach, and ensuring that the solution is clearly specified for technical implementation,
• help to mitigate impediments towards the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads, and act as ambassador towards internal stakeholders and clients,
• collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g. UX design, Data & Analytics) to bring the product to the next level,
• create clear, structured, user-friendly communication materials and plans; drive the roll-out, communication and education of new product developments,
• enjoy working in an agile set-up with support from agile coaches and the Agile@UBS academy.

Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.
You’ll be working in the Front-to-Back Digitalization team for the Client-Need Stream “Plan my Wealth” in Poland, Wrocław.
You will be joining a team located across Zurich, Singapore, Poland which is responsible for global digital products and services around wealth planning and advice beyond investing.
Your expertise
• University degree, preferably in Banking / Finance / Economics, Information Technology or related discipline,
• experience in product management, preferably in digital products,
• proven track record of successfully launching / managing products and delivering strong business impact,
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality and a true agile mindset, who can motivate and inspire others,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels,
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); ability to create clear, structured, user-friendly communication / training materials and management presentation,
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and adapt to changing priorities,
• proficient language skills in English; knowledge of German will be considered as an asset.
