• support advisors in understanding and effectively communicating the UBS Advisory value proposition
• develop Advisory Sales content to deliver to our advisors through broad presentations
• leverage personal experience to provide capital market guidance and asset allocation assistance
• perform strategic client reviews, ensuring appropriate implementation by our financial advisors
• share best practices and advise financial advisors with timely industry developments and opportunities
• partner with key internal and external teams to enhance the advisor's wealth management experience

Your team

As an Advisory Sales Consultant with the UBS Advisory Sales Desk in Weehawken, New Jersey, you'll work with a team of specialists who support our financial advisors with the formation, implementation and review of their clients' Advisory portfolios. You'll help develop strategies to proactively provide financial advisors with investment themes and product education, while facilitating access to numerous research partners and resources. You will also assist with practice management training, working with advisors to help deliver the features and benefits of UBS Advisory programs.

Your expertise

You have:

• your Series 7 and 63 licenses (Series 66 or 65 required within 60 days of hire)
• ideally 2-plus years of experience working within wealth management, asset management or a private bank
• a strong foundation in understanding and discussing broad economic and investment-related topics
• compelling organizational, problem solving and project coordination skills
• the ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team structure

You are:

• a proven leader with experience in working in productive and successful team environments
• an excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting over the phone or in front of an audience
• skilled at initiating, nurturing and developing strong interpersonal relationships
• able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• familiar with analytical tools and presentation software
