The Alternatives Operations function has strategic and operational oversight within Wealth Management Americas. To succeed our people must:

We’re looking for an Operations Director to:

​​Be a role model for the organization’s principles and behaviors; inspire others to do the same.​

​​Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner.​

​​Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as internal policies and contractual obligations.​

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas team in Mumbai or Pune. As a member of this team, you will be managing Alternative Investments overseeing the following sub-capabilities:



Valuations

Capital activity

FA compensation and trailing commissions

Transfers and account registrations

Reconciliations



Our teams work closely with colleagues regionally and across the globe to ensure the highest standards of supervision, service, and operational risk management.

Your expertise

Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex operational processes.

Strong knowledge of Alternative Investments and fund structures.

Understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements in financial services.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Fluency in English is essential.
