Your team
You will work in WM Ops team to lead the Risk Controls, Output management and Change management. Also, you are the deputy of Taiwan WM Ops Head and agile to lead the Settlement or On boarding/ KYC team to accommodate the organization changes.
Your expertise
1. Strategic Leadership:
Service Ownership: Accountable for the end-to-end delivery and performance of Settlement, Risk Control, and Output Management services.
2. Vision & Direction: Define strategic goals and lead the execution of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, client experience, and risk mitigation.
3. Change Leadership: Drive transformation programs, including automation, digitalization, and regulatory adaptation, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
4. Operational Excellence:
Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
5. Escalation Management: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
6. Process Governance: Maintain strong governance over operational processes, ensuring documentation, controls, and procedures are up to date and effective.
7. Risk & Control Stewardship
Risk Framework Oversight: Lead the implementation and maintenance of a robust operational risk framework across all service areas.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations; lead audit preparations and responses.
Control Culture: Promote a proactive risk culture, embedding control awareness and accountability across teams.
8. Stakeholder Engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Front Office, Compliance, Technology, and other functions to deliver seamless operational support.
Client Advocacy: Represent Operations in client and governance forums, ensuring service feedback drives continuous improvement.
Executive Reporting: Provide senior management with regular updates on service performance, risk posture, and strategic initiatives.
9. People & Culture
Leadership Development: Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
Talent Strategy: Drive workforce planning, succession management, and skills development to support business growth and transformation.
Culture Champion: Promote diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
