Your role

Are you passionate about delivering best in class client experience? Do you enjoy identifying the most effective and efficient approaches for Wealth Management business? Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you good at constructively challenging business stakeholders around you? We’re looking for someone like that to:

– Establish yourself as a trusted solution partner to front office client advisors providing efficient and reliable support on various operational activities and services such as:
• Prepare periodic KYC review and perform AML controls to ensure due diligence and regulatory compliance
• Be responsible for name screening, document review, client account maintenance and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Process requests and perform controls over clients' payments, corporate actions and discounts management
– Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve open issues and remediate risks appropriately
– Understand the processes; ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies
– Support remediation activities and ad-hoc tasks in relation to the integration of the operating platform

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Front Support Office in Hong Kong. We support the Hong Kong Wealth Management business and clients on Onboarding, KYC, Client Lifecycle and Transactional services in line with the regulatory requirements and UBS group policies. We aim at achieving operational stability and service excellence front-to-back across wealth management business. It is an exciting career opportunity for those who want to develop in their area of expertise and know-how across wealth management services

Your expertise

You have:
– 1-3 years of working experience
– Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions is a plus but not essential
– Client focused and motivated to work in partnership with front to back stakeholders to define practical solutions that meets the internal policies and regulatory requirements.
– Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
