Your role
The position requires daily interaction with various broker dealers, internal branch network, other Operations groups, and technology teams.
The position requires learning the function and products regarding the transfer process in order to become a Subject Matter Expert.
The employee will have the opportunity to analyze and improve processes.
The team provides exposure to a multitude of financial products and will assist in establishing or further developing a career within Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day processing of Account Transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide ACAT (Deliver and Receive) processing support to all Client Branches and vendors.
Handle ACAT rejects which did not transition smoothly due to mismatches between contra firm and UBS
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of Account Transfer and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor market trends and developments to anticipate and respond to changes in Account Transfers.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the Account Transfers process.

Your expertise
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Account Transfers.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and Account Transfers processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with Data visualization tools to present complex financial data clearly and concisely
Proficiency in querying and manipulating databases for data extraction and analysis.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in night shifts
