Your role

The Associate Director of Retirement Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of IRA and Qualified Plans operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Retirement plans, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for retirement operations, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Lead and manage a team of retirement operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of retirement operations, including the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with retirement services.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks associated with retirement operations, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of retirement operations with other business functions.

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retirement Operations

Strong knowledge of IRS Reporting and Regulations for IRAs and Qualified Plans

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
