Your role

The Associate Director of Corporate Actions will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, dividends, coupons, stock splits, bond redemptions, Proxy & Class Actions and other events that impact our clients' investments. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day processing of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of corporate actions and resolve any issues that may arise.

Monitor market trends and developments to anticipate and respond to changes in corporate actions.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the corporate actions process.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns related to corporate actions.
