Your role

Are you passionate about Real Estate? We are looking for a driven candidate to:

• lead and manage a multi-market logistics real estate portfolio
• execute comprehensive business plans, optimize asset performance, and drive value through leasing, operations, capital planning, and strategic initiatives
• develop and execute annual budgets and asset-level business plans aligned with portfolio strategy and investment objectives
• continuously refine asset strategies based on performance, market trends, and evolving investor goals including making recommendations to senior management
• direct leasing and marketing efforts; ensure spaces are market-ready, collaborate with brokers, respond to LOIs, and negotiate leases.
• manage and oversee third-party property managers, project managers, and tax consultants, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency
• partner with the Acquisitions Team from underwriting through closing to support smooth asset transitions and informed investment decisions
• support appraisals, refinancing, and disposition processes with strategic recommendations and financial analysis
• conduct hold/sell analyses and valuation reviews to maximize long-term asset value and returns.
• perform financial analysis of property operations including financial statements, budget and variance analysis. Coordinate with accounting to ensure accuracy in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• collaborate with joint venture partners to implement strategic initiatives that drive value and enhance performance
• collaborate with joint venture partners / developers to oversee development projects including draw request during construction through stabilization to execute investment strategy
• manage capital projects including recommendations to Portfolio Management and collaborating with engineering on the execution as well as support Portfolio Management with quarterly reporting and ad hoc reporting as necessary

Your team

You will be a member of the Industrial Team and part of the broader Asset Management group based in Dallas, Texas.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• ideally 6+ years of real estate asset management or acquisitions experience, with a focus on commercial and logistics assets
• proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise; with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• proven ability to manage multiple complex assets and initiatives independently in a dynamic environment
• strong knowledge of leasing, property operations, capital planning, and financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, and cash-on-cash returns
• skilled in negotiating leases and interpreting legal/real estate documents (e.g., LOIs, leases, JV agreements)
• excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives and investor groups
• team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style
• willingness to travel, including overnight stays
• proficiency in Yardi, VTS is a plus
