Do you enjoy integrating complex vendor applications into financial-services environments and building modern full-stack solutions?
We are looking for a System Engineer / Full-Stack Developer who will
• plan, and execute application upgrade projects, including impact analysis, scheduling, risk assessment, and post-implementation review.
• integrate third-party / vendor software into the bank’s technology landscape, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-agnostic environments.
• design and develop new features and APIs across the full stack
• monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business users, and vendors) to ensure smooth handovers and knowledge transfer.
• share expertise and contribute to a strong engineering and DevOps culture

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.
You’ll be working in the Fund Administration team in Luxembourg.
The project team is an international team with people working from Luxembourg and Switzerland. The team actively delivers projects and solutions to UBS Fund Administration and is composed of dynamic and pragmatic professionals in the field of project and solution delivery. These professionals focus on various technologies – software development, solution architecture, business analysis and engineering, quality assurance (unit and integration testing, test automation), project and portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile).
Your expertise
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT related domain and at least 5 years prior experience as a System Engineer / Full-Stack Developer
• Proven experience integrating vendor applications into financial institutions and managing upgrade or migration projects
• Strong background in application installation, configuration and troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication in English
• Experience with Multifonds is a significant advantage and will be considered a strong plus
• you demonstrate curiosity and show a learning attitude to keep up to date with the latest technical market trends
• Client focus and delivery oriented reflecting high reliability to your business and IT stakeholders
