Your role
• IT ownership (IT Software Component Management) of several external and internal applications. Cyclical due diligence in alignment to regulatory and bank internal guidelines and policies. Vendor contract management. Technology audits
• Main contact regarding new or changes to existing application technical integration with other internal or external platforms.
• Main contact in terms of change requirements for the owned applications with close collaboration with the Initiative Manager
• Requirements Gathering: Understand and document business needs.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and design IT solutions in collaboration with software engineers
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between business and IT teams
• Participate in / coordinate testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
• Working closely together with business Product Owner and team members.

Your team
Global Real Assets IT maintains and manages the IT application portfolio for Asset Management’s Global Real Assets business in Switzerland and Western Europe. The vendor and UBS-internal applications cover direct real estate investment management, portfolio management, construction and development and accounting and control.
Your expertise
• More than 5 years experience in IT Product Management / IT Business Analysis
• Experience in discovery, ideation, implementation, go live, operations, decommissioning from a technology point of view
• Experience in both IT platform integration and inhouse IT platform development
• Knowledge of real estate a plus
• Experience in financial industry a plus
• Working from the office 60% or more
• Tools: Gitlab/Github or JIRA, Confluence. Nice to have: Python, SQL, Powershell, PowerBI, Rest API, JSON, Data & GUI modelling
• Language: English, German a plus
• Self-starter, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented when needed, problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving: Finds innovative solutions.
