We’re looking for a IB Operations - Trade & Processing Specialist to support our Brokerage team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely on back-office controls and reconciliation processes, while collaborating with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of key tasks. Responsibilities include:
• ensure accurate processing of tasks in exchange related listed derivatives trades (BMF).
• monitor positions and events.
• perform settlement and reconciliation of trades.
• manage collateral calls.
• liaise with internal teams (Trading, Compliance, Risk) and external counterparts (brokers, custodians, clearings) to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Investment Bank Operations area in Brazil. We are responsible for post trade activities relating to trades executed in the stock exchange including trade allocations, confirmations, pre-match and settlements. 
It is part of our job to ensure controls are documented and followed, leveraging global automation tools whenever possible. 
We provide support for the resident clients, trading desk and linked areas in broker Dealer.
Your expertise
• bachelor’s degree in accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration.
• availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo, Brazil (hybrid work).
• solid understanding of settlement and custody processes of Listed Derivatives (BMF) products.
• knowledge of applicable tax rules for financial products.
• advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken).
• previous experience in back office, middle office, operations, settlement preferably within Broker, minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• PQO Backoffice certification.
