We're looking for Data and Document Specialist for the Wealth Management division to: 
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for handling and processing static data and related products
• Verify accuracy and completeness of Static Data Requests
• Build relationships with key partners in business divisions
• Provide inquiry support to client advisors & front office for superior client experience
• Support / execute change activity with a risk mindset

Your team
You'll be working in the Wealth Management Static Data team in Tokyo. Our main role is to support the business by updating client or instrument static data accurately in a timely manner. Our key success is to build a volume tolerant, efficient service platform for business growth.

Your expertise
•1–3 years of experience in an operations role; experience with client static data is a plus
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required
•Basic proficiency in English is preferred
•Familiarity with financial services operations or data management systems is an advantage
