Your role
Do you like challenging Portfolio Managers on investment decisions? In our customer centric business would you care to put customers interests first? If yes then being an IGM Analyst at UBS Asset Management is the place to learn, grow, deliver and achieve a sense of fulfillment.
We’re looking for a business analyst to:
• take ownership of all change related to the IGM tool (Sentinel) used in UBS AM
• be the primary point of contact between Business and Technology
• be able to grasp the overall big picture and connect the dots within a complex landscape of systems and processes
• be able to clearly articulate Business Requirements Documentation
• be able to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• be able to interpret non-functional requirements and specify the same correctly
• support the Core Platform Change management with related Reporting
• be able to conduct analysis on process, root cause, business impact and do a cost benefit analysis
• ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes

Your team
You’ll be working in the Core Platform Change Analysts team in Poland. As mentioned in the role above, this team plays a critical role in the Asset Management organization and is instrumental in spearheading efficient change and delivery.
Your expertise
• ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in a business analysis role within banking domain, preferably asset management
• excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – ability to translate a business requirement/need such that technology understands the same
• ability to clearly articulate the purpose of the requirement, be able to understand and document business processes
• familiar with and having worked in and an Agile environment, both from a project management perspective and also in terms of the ability to respond and act to constant new demands/change
• able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• a good understanding of the banking and asset management business domain
• an understanding of the place and purpose of Investment Guidelines Monitoring within Asset Management
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in banking and finance or a related field
