We’re looking for a US IB Operations Reporting Analyst to:
- Work closely with front office, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure operational and regulatory risk is managed appropriately
- Perform adherence testing of procedure and controls and deep dives on operational risk events
- Assist with internal and external audit inquiries impacting the Broker Dealer
- Proactively identify and address risks and issues
- Challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for process efficiency and automation across the front to back

• New York: the salary range for this role is $80000 to $100000

Your team
You’ll be working in the US Investment Bank Operations division Broker Dealer governance team to manage risks and improve efficiency in IB Operations.
Your expertise
• Experience performing Broker Dealer/Banking industry regulated processes and/or controls
• Ability to build and retain relationships with clients, stakeholders and the team
• Ability to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• Experience in risk assessment, control design and implementation
• Ability to proactively escalate issues and risks
• Experience with adherence testing and/or audits of critical processes and controls
• Interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology
• Strong attention to details
• Excel, PowerPoint, or Alteryx experience
• Strong communication skills
