We’re looking for a Client Associate to:
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Manage front desk operations including mail, checks, phone calls, and maintaining an organized reception area.
• Support the branch management team administratively and assist advisors with client service needs.
• Carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information and documentation.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Prepare reports and materials for client meetings.
• Collect required documentation for new accounts and service requests.
• Maintain risk awareness and ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Nashville Wealth Management office, where we deliver personalized financial solutions and exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming environment and supporting advisors in building strong client relationships.

Your expertise

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to create a positive client experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial services platforms a plus.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses and/or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in client service within the finance sector preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Independent, motivated, proactive, and focused on taking action.
