Your role

Interested in working in finance, and specifically want to help produce daily and monthly P&L statements as well as balance sheets, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world's top financial institutions? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 12-month internship program within Group Finance.
You’ll get to:

• have a better understanding of P&L and balance sheet

Your team

You will be working within the Capital Adequacy team in Group Finance based out of Pune.
Our role as the guardian of key capital vectors is to help the Bank ensure compliance with the regulatory frameworks mandated by the regulators. We help our business stakeholders by giving advice on new business initiatives and generating ideas for optimization of scarce resources.
We work closely with regulatory specialists across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific and collaborate with other expert functions including Finance, Risk and Business Divisions.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is a CA Intern, with a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
• can deliver high quality reporting and analytics for group, and legal entities
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic (and creative) thinker with strong communication skills both written/verbal
• is good in Microsoft Office applications, especially power point
