Your role
Are you a self-starter with a strong risk awareness? Do you see opportunity when faced with a challenging problem, and are you willing to deep dive to identify solutions and deliver results? Are you a critical thinker who communicates clearly with team members? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide support to IB ICLS Risk & Control Function, specifically to:
• Act as the senior KYC subject matter expert and key escalation contact for AML/KYC Risk and control topics
- Display a detailed understanding of the KYC process and relevant AML policies, together with a high degree of risk awareness
- Execute key controls with high quality and attention to detail for ICLS function including AML/KYC related controls
- Contribute to next generation book of work by identifying opportunities for automation
• Responsible for coordinating risk related activities with Global teams
• Perform deep dive analysis on KYC risk related processes / controls and be able to create appropriate output for decision making
• Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
• Responsible for timely reply to queries from key stakeholders and facilitate exceptional handling on risk-based approach

Your team
You will be working as part of the IB Operations ICLS Team in India. The team focuses on risk oversight, assessment and reporting related to the IB Business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely and build relationships with different IBO functions Globally
Your expertise
An understanding of operational risk frameworks and controls
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, and/or similar discipline
- At least 4-5 years of KYC experience in a financial institution. Preferably with Risk management and control execution experience
– strong presentation skills with an ability to negotiate and influence others
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging deadlines
- Resilient team player with a can-do attitude
– a strong work ethic and risk mindset
- Added advantage if the candidate knows microsoft excel, powerpoint, Alteryx, PowerBI and other automation tools.
