Your role
• Lead strategic messaging initiatives in partnership with the Global Marketing & Communications organization, identifying foundational gaps and opportunities. Build compelling business cases through impact analysis, competitive benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement to secure leadership buy-in.
• Craft and amplify the Banking growth narrative for employees and clients in collaboration with Corporate Communications—driving platform awareness and adoption.
• Partner with the Head of Banking Field & Client Messaging to shape and evolve the bank’s messaging strategy utilizing historical insights, industry trends, and future-state plans.
• Serve as Banking communications coordinator, managing and socializing the internal and client-facing communications calendar across GWM and Global Comms. Proactively identify conflicts and establish standards for timing, cadence, and volume.
• Project manage cross-product and cross-sell Banking communications, ensuring timely, relevant, and aligned messaging across channels and audiences.
• Support Banking Field Engagement and Experience teams with leadership updates and performance reporting—weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Your expertise
