Your role

As a Business Analyst within the Digitalization, AI and Change Strategy team, you will join a growing and dynamic team passionate about transforming business operations through strategic digitalization and AI initiatives. We deliver our projects in a forward-thinking manner leveraging our strong soft skills and utilizing a range of tools to deliver the best results to the business.

• You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects delivering impact globally.

Your expertise

• Proven experience (3 years) with a top tier consulting firm (associate / project manager level), or a successful track record as a business analyst within a large corporate (ideally, a banking institution).
• An above-average university degree, ideally with specialization in business, economics or engineering.
• Drive and energy to build impactful solutions for complex business problems.
• Demonstrated ability in managing tasks and initiatives.
• Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, strong story-lining capabilities, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done.
• Demonstrated competence in data wrangling, data modelling and data analysis.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong senior stakeholder management.
• Highly motivated, hardworking individual with desire to continually learn new skills and systematically improve.
• Knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI tools and platforms would be a plus.
