We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:

• assist client daily requests in an agile and efficient manner
• control the repapering process and all documents required for an account operation
• coordinate demands between key stakeholders to provide ensure the quality of client experience
• make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture on the team

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Account Manager team in Brazil. As a client manager you'll play an important role in building and maintaining precious relationships with clients located in Brazil. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

• students of Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related areas with graduation date on dec/26 or after
• availability to work 30h per week in Rio de Janeiro
• ideally fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• attention to details, proactive, resilient team player and truly service oriented and organized with great planning skills and efficient time management
• CPA-20 Certification
