Your role

• Participate in structured rotations across key finance teams, including controllership & accounting, FP&A/business finance, treasury & risk, and strategic/emerging finance areas.
• Complete a comprehensive learning curriculum covering leadership, business, finance, and data skills. Participate in leadership development training, mentoring and coaching sessions.
• Engage in an international rotation to broaden perspectives and drive cross-border collaboration
• Contribute to strategic finance projects and deliver insights and recommendations.
• Lead initiatives to improve finance processes, controls, and technology adoption.
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA graduate from a top-tier business school with a minimum of four years of pre-MBA work experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, audit or related fields
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a multinational or complex organisation preferred.
