Your role

Are you passionate about regulatory reporting?
Do you have a proven track record in overseeing fund administration services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements?

Your main responsibilities would be the following:

• Review statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Lux GAAP standards.
• Oversee and monitor the performance of fund administrators and other external delegates ensuring they meet service level agreements.
• Supervise fund audits, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Manage CSSF regulatory reporting for funds, including AIFM reporting, SAQ, Separate Report.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory and statutory reports and scope.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking tools to ensure no deadline is missed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth audit process.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact delivery.
• Prepare reports to Senior Management and maintenance of governance documentation with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve reporting processes and compliance

Your team

You will be part of the Corporate & Fund Regulatory Governance team within UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. This team supports the oversight of functions delegated to external third-party entities. You will work closely with the other oversight team of the Management Company (Fund Admin, Portfolio Management and the Custody oversight team) as well as external providers (Fund Administrators, Fund auditors, etc...)
The candidate will be engaged in the ongoing monitoring of regulatory & audit process and in the maintenance of governance documentation, procedures and the preparation of reporting to Senior Management and Board of Directors.

Your expertise

We are looking for an individual able to demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar function, with a focus on regulatory reporting and fund audit supervision.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting for UCITS and AIF products.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for funds.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure a high level of structure and discipline in managing multiple timelines.
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Independent in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with auditors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – any other European language will be an advantage.
