Your role

Are you curious to learn how institutional investors allocate capital and what investment challenges they are trying to solve for? Are you interested in developing a career in client relationship management and business development?

We are looking for an Associate Client Relationship Manager to:
• coordinate the onboarding process for new clients by collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) information, ensuring all legal documents are complete, and facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements
• respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from clients and consultants, confirm compliance status with project managers, and send out necessary certificates to clients after thorough verification
• track and manage capital calls for funds such as C-GREFS, GRIF, and PCO, as well as monitor client subscriptions and redemptions to ensure accurate and timely processing
• generate and send periodic client statements, and develop tailored presentations to address specific client needs or requests, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally formatted
• plan and coordinate events for clients and internal teams, provide translation services as needed, and perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Your team

You'll be working with the Asset Management Client Coverage team located in Montreal, Canada. As an Associate Client Relationship Manager, you’ll contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience and strengthen our brand.

Your expertise

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in asset management or related field
• fluent in English and French languages
• have knowledge about market products
• client-minded with strong communication and collaboration skills
• reliable and focused with good time management skills
• proficient computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
