Your role

Are you a detail-oriented, communicative person with strong organizational skills? Are you interested in supporting internal outsourcing projects and learning how these initiatives are coordinated from start to finish? Do you have experience working with data in MS Excel and an interest in process optimization and automatization? Do you want to develop your understanding of internal outsourcing lifecycles and project management within an inter-entity team?
If so, we are looking for someone like you to:

•Support the coordination and tracking of internal outsourcing projects
•Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports using MS Excel
•Conduct basic data analysis and help visualise results for wider team use
•Help document processes and maintain accurate records in outsourcing databases
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and share ideas with the team
•Communicate effectively with Business Partners and team members regarding project progress and requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre on supporting the administration and organisation of ongoing outsourcing projects. You will help ensure data is up to date, assist with regular attestation of existing information, and provide transparency throughout the outsourcing process. You’ll work closely with Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders, contributing to the smooth running of the end-to-end outsourcing lifecycle.

Your team

You’ll be working in the IEO Inventory Team based in Krakow. We’re truly global, collaborative and friendly group of people. You will join the Third Party Risk Management area that is responsible for the ONO Enablement & Governance and Outsourcing Due Diligence process.
By joining the team you will have an opportunity to enhance your organizational and teamwork skills. You will also going to have an opportunity to cooperate with team members located all over the world.

Your expertise

You have:
• proficiency in MS Excel
• a keen focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• strong organizational, analytical and data management skills, with experience maintaining up-to-date records
• ability to deal with ad-hoc job requests from multiple clients
• good English language communication skills (both written and verbal)
• a positive and collaborative approach to work

You are:
• experienced in data analysis
• eager to develop your skills in project management and outsourcing processes
• strong team player
• organized and detail oriented
• available for 30+ hours per week
