Are you an expert in assessing value and risk? Do you love to give advice, as well as educate?

We are looking for an emerging analyst to:

• support and execute research for a senior analyst within a sector team
• conduct valuation analysis
• build and maintain financial models to evaluate historical information and generate projections
• prepare and publish investment research
• construct investment recommendations based on modelling, valuation, and risk assessments
• remain current on market and industry developments
• link industry knowledge to investment views

Your team

You’ll be working in Research team in Tokyo, Japan. As an analyst,
you’ll play an important role in analyzing industry dynamics and providing investment recommendations across a wide remit of markets and industries.

Your expertise

• 1-3 years of experience in equity research, Investment banking or in a consulting role
• Business level fluency in English and native Japanese language ability to support global and local client base
• have successfully built and maintained financial valuation models as well as confident ability to review and interpret corporate reports and financial statements
• adept at communicating fundamental views on and off paper in an articulate and confident manner
• inquisitive, organized, and able to work independently
