Your role

Would you enjoy collaborating with partners across a broad range of functions and businesses to make change happen in the Asset Management division? Are you looking for a role that gives you visibility into how Asset Management as a whole works and especially sustainability? Do you have the persistence to get the job done?
We’re looking for someone to:
• Act as a project manager / business analyst for regulatory sustainability initiatives
• Help business stakeholders understand the impact of business and regulatory-driven initiatives on their business and processes
• Define and drive to solution design including business process, systems & client facing disclosures together with the business stakeholders
• Support, clearly communicate, and follow-up on investigation of questions, issues, defects and escalations
• Facilitate and support the transition of the change program into run-the-bank, by coordinating on business integration aspects such as operating model development, training & communication

Your team

You will be working in the Business and Regulatory Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management’s COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects and regulatory change. Our team’s role is to help the business adapt to change through our four key focus areas: comprehension of the changes required due to business initiatives & legislation, communication of those changes to our business stakeholders, design of fit for purpose solutions, and delivery of change into the organization.

Success in this role would be compliance with sustainability regulation and UBS-AM having automated, scalable and fit for purpose solutions.
At UBS-AM sustainability is a key strategic focus with regulation playing an increasingly important part, we can offer hands on experience of working in sustainability and exposure to the Asset Management business.

Your expertise

• At least 6 years relevant experience of working in regulatory change role in financial services or consulting and experience in leading small teams
• Strong stakeholder management skill, able to bring stakeholders on board to achieve the final objectives
• Strong analytical skills, solution and detail-oriented
• Deadline-oriented and organized, able to structure and prioritize your work
•Ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly both verbally and in written form.
• A flexible, tenacious team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative relationships
• Comfortable working independently and under pressure
• Experience with Asset Management, Sustainable Investing, and/or regulatory reporting a strong advantage
