Your team

You will be joining our IB Operations – OTC Confirmation US team. In this role, you will be responsible for Drafting confirmations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Front Office, and Middle Office teams, Confirmation stakeholders, IT to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will independently handle all escalations, taking the lead in implementing mitigation steps to prevent future occurrences.
We are looking for someone who can build domain expertise and lead from the front, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our processes. Training and mentoring team members will also be a key part of your responsibilities, helping to foster growth and development within the team.

Your expertise

• 2-5 years of work experience
Should have understanding of Capital/Derivative Market, OTC Derivative Products
• Should have prior experience in IB – OTC Derivative Confirmation experience
• Should be excellent multi-tasking, creative problem solving and a good team player
• Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations ability to read situations and act in minutes
• Should be flexible with working from office and regional coverage
