Your role

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy going above and beyond to ensure tasks are met and exceeded?

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

•support and maximize the PWA’s time with responsibilities such as managing a complex schedule and detailed travel planning, tracking continuing education requirements, drafting emails and reports, and acting as gatekeeper for communication including phone and email
•enter expense reports
•Support team with scheduling assistance, logistics, and document preparation/delivery related to client meetings and calls
•assist team as needed with backup support for client operations such as entering wires, sending checks, UBS online services, etc.
•assist with gifting and creating “wow” moments
•manage team’s pod within the UBS DC office to ensure cleanliness, tech set up, supplies in stock, and décor
•complete firm-initiated projects
•participate in team projects, dinners, trips, and meetings

• Washington: the salary range for this role is $76000 to $85000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

•At least 3 years of experience in a Client Associate role in the finance sector
•SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required
•bachelor's degree
•excellent communication, organization, and writing skills
•Attention to detail / value accuracy
•You have grit, show consistent dedication, and are comfortable with complex problem-solving
•Growth mindset; you set goals and do what it takes to achieve them
•Accountable to your results
•Dedicated to providing exceptional client service
•Comfortable sharing your opinion and participating in team discussions
•Act with urgency; adapt to the pace of the team and stay efficient
