Your role
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Coordination & Project Management
• Own the marketing and event calendar for assigned Partner(s), managing timelines, milestones, and touchpoints across podcast, newsletter, social media, and event channels.
• Serve as operational liaison with the external marketing team to coordinate content approvals, feedback loops, deliverable timelines, and campaign execution.
• Utilize marketing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with existing Team lead for expense processing for any expenses related to marketing efforts.
Event Execution Support
• Manage logistics and follow-through for salons, forums, stakeholder roundtables, and invite-only workshops.
• Coordinate invite lists, RSVPs, venue communications, and branded materials.
• Implement post-event Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): distribute recaps, feedback surveys, and personalized follow-ups.
Audience & List Management
• Maintain and segment the stakeholder’s channel-specific audience databased based on persona (e.g., founder, inheritor, woman in transition).
• Assist in list hygiene, tagging, and campaign-specific segmentation.
Marketing Asset Deployment
• Work closely with UBS marketing team to prepare compliant marketing assets for internal and external distribution (LinkedIn, email).
• Manage publishing calendars for podcast and newsletter cadence, ensuring alignment with campaign themes and events.
Content Workflow Oversight
• Coordinate podcast production process (guest logistics, scripts, release schedule).
• Track newsletter performance metrics and suggest timing at refinements based on data.
Accountability & Communication
• Provide weekly check-ins with assigned Parter(s) and internal stakeholders to track process, flag issues, and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain a “Client Whisper” log to capture relationship details, preferences, and insights for future personalization.
Detailed salary information:
• Stamford: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $105000
• West Palm Beach: the salary range for this role is $60000 to $90000

This role is central to ensuring consistent delivery of compliant, high-touch content, events, and outreach for one of the most dynamic client acquisition strategies targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You will act as the operational “glue” between ideation and execution ensuring curated experiences, thought leadership assets, and prospect communications are delivered flawlessly on schedule.

Your expertise
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years in a marketing coordination, events, or communications role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and calendar management proficiency.
• Familiarity with email platforms, podcast workflows, and CRM list segmentation (Excel proficiency required; Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within compliance-heavy environments is highly desirable.
• Professional poise and discretion when handling UHNW prospect data and communications.
Bonus if you Have
• Experience in luxury, private wealth, or boutique financial services.
• Background supporting senior executives or founder-centric communities.
• A love for checklists, project boards, and making others shine.
