Your role

As the Team Lead for the Presentations Team in our Investment Banking division, you will manage a group of specialists who create high-quality client presentations. Your focus will be on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional standards in all materials. In this role, you will:

• Lead and guide the Tokyo-based presentations team, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to share updates and best practices.
• Oversee the production of client-ready PowerPoint presentations and pitchbooks.
• Provide training on presentation standards, tools, and branding updates.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.

Your team

You will join a specialized presentations team that works closely with bankers on important client projects. The team collaborates with colleagues across Asia and globally to deliver consistent, professional, and impactful presentations. This is a fast-paced, high-standard environment where precision and creativity are essential.

Your expertise

• Strong experience in presentation design and production, ideally in banking or professional services.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and design.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Familiarity with presentation template tools is an advantage.
• High motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
