Your role

As part of Wealth Management Private Clients (WMPC), you will lead and drive AI -driven solutions, with the goal to transform the organization.

We’re looking for a AI Tech / Solution Architect to:
• Partner with cross-functional teams in the organization to assess and guide AI adoption
• Analyze AI-driven solutions and platform capabilities, identify opportunities to consolidate and provide recommendations for reuse.
• Lead or support architectural reviews, contributing to solution evaluation, capability alignment and modernization efforts
• Define the technical directions for existing testing tools and frameworks, including the roadmap for meaningful AI integration
• Collaborate closely with Domain Architect to support technical assessments across capabilities.
• Drive awareness of emerging AI patterns like agentic workflows, LLM/SLM orchestration and test intelligence systems

Your team

We are part of Wealth Management Private Clients (WMPC) CTO, that enables the WMPC Application teams within UBS. We mainly focus on Enabling innovation and transformation of WMPC Technology organization by providing standardized and modern software quality assurance for increased efficiency; this will be supported by respective strategies and best practices in the areas of automation to guarantee best-in-class quality and stability for the entire WMPC Technology ecosystem.

Your expertise

• Drive the transformation of classic testing approach to AI supported testing.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2yrs focused on AI/ML system.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Extensive background in solution architecture, particularly in building AI-enabled and data-driven systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and consolidation.
• Proficient in emerging AI trends, including agentic design patterns, LLM/SLM coordination, and AI-driven testing frameworks
• Strong on Azure Cloud and DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
