Your team

You’ll be working in WM and AG transaction team and international Securities Settlement Team in Japan. The function of WM transaction cover from securities settlement with Domestic and foreign products that is bonds, equities and funds for UBS SuMi TRUST and they cover cash transfer on client UBS SuMi TRUST account. The function of AG transaction monitors the transactions of money market, foreign exchange, structured deposits and OTC derivatives and submit the required reports for UBS SuMi TRUST and UBS Securities. The function of International Securities Settlement cover from securities settlement with foreign products that is bonds, equities and funds for UBS SuMi TRUST Wealth Management Co., Ltd. and UBS Securities Japan Co., Ltd. We are responsible for processing, reviewing and booking of standardized and/or complex transactions within Securities and banking Operations core and value-added tasks. The Securities Specialist can also act as direct contact and problem solver for clients and business partners.

Your expertise

• Able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• Good communication skill in a timely and professional manner with internal clients and stakeholders, with proactive and cooperative attitude
• Good understanding of risk and control
• Good understanding the nature of business, new or existing and become able to judge implications to operations, from productivity, efficiency as well as risk’s perspective
