UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst to:
• Ensure workflows, processes, tooling, and applications meet the highest production quality standards. Contribute ITIL production expertise to the onboarding of existing and new IT products and services.
• Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements. Support big data applications that will eventually migrate to Azure.
• Assist in planning BCP, patching and other infrastructure related projects and contribute to automating manual processes. Identify root causes and ensure issues do not reoccur.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Technology Lead, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Informatica; Automation Anywhere; IPcenter; ServiceNow; Confluence; Airflow
• monitoring solutions on Netcool, AppDynamics, and Splunk
• diagnosing and resolving application issues; performing root cause analysis
• automating key activities and manual processes using Oracle, Autosys, and Shell Scripting

Salary information
The expected salary range for this role is $104,998 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
