Are you looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative team within a renowned organization that is In this multi-tasking role you will manage and perform Transfer Agency oversight tasks and participate in a number of projects looking to enhance performance across the department.

We are looking for an Transfer Agency Operative to:

• perform checks and controls on all aspects of the transfer agency value chain including monitoring and testing of service provided, AML controls, KPI review, monthly service meetings, annual due diligence on site visit and take back testing
• support our team on interactions with fund MLROs including quarterly reporting requirements and facilitation of annual on-site visits
• preparation of statistical reporting for Central Bank of Ireland and Revenue
• support the business through performing ad hoc duties and projects in line with business requirements such as year end audit support, quarterly entity board meeting preparation, periodic reporting
• attendance and participation in team and departmental meetings

Your expertise

• an Accounting, Business or Commerce degree/qualification
• a minimum of a year's transfer agency experience within a fund services company; AML experience a bonus
• adaptable and organized with a positive can-do attitude
• ability to work as part of a small team and work on own initiative
• excellent communication, numerical and analytical skills
• excellent planning, prioritisation, problem solving and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
