Do you have experience in the financial market in investment?
We are seeking an Investment Specialist to join our team, focusing on onshore investments for High Net Worth clients. In this role, you will:
• deliver tailored investment recommendations and market updates to sophisticated clients, ensuring their portfolios are aligned with their objectives and the latest market trends.
• oversee the execution of cross-asset products with precision and efficiency, maintaining robust control processes across all asset classes.
• identify and mitigate operational risks in day-to-day execution workflows, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• collaborate closely with trading, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management and to act as a technical bridge between the front office and product specialists.
• support internal stakeholders with accurate reporting, process improvements, and by sharing technical expertise on investment solutions.

You will be part of a dynamic, high-performance team based in São Paulo, Brazil, responsible for driving multi-asset class content and opportunities. The Investment Specialists team serves as a central hub for the bank’s product teams and is recognized as the technical arm of the UBS front office. Our group is composed of highly motivated investment professionals with diverse backgrounds, fostering an idea-rich and collaborative environment. While we are known for our dedication and hard work, we maintain a light and informal workplace atmosphere, encouraging open communication and continuous learning.

Your expertise

• demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with High Net Worth clients, providing bespoke investment solutions and proactive market insights
• prior experience in investment advisory across multiple asset classes, with a strong understanding of onshore investment products and the full trade lifecycle
• strong communication and organizational skills
• excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex investment structures and products, and to manage sophisticated client portfolios
• proactive, responsible, and analytical mindset, with a commitment to operational excellence and risk management
• academic background in engineering, economics, business administration, or related fields; CGA, MBA or CFA certification is a plus
• dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
