Your role

Do you have a strong interest in the investment fund industry? Would you like to gain experience in an international environment?

We’re looking for an Intern in the ManCo Distribution Oversight team to help support the following tasks:

• Participate in ongoing monitoring on delegates – Fund Distributors (e.g. KPIs, control tasks, onsite visits, deep dives)
• Perform the AML and negative news screening of relevant individuals and entities
• ensure handling ad-hoc requests with the highest quality and in a timely manner
• support the review of fund-related documents in order to make sure they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. AML) in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Ireland and other relevant countries
• engage in various projects with colleagues in multiple locations

Your team

You’ll be supporting Funds Distribution Oversight Team teams in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. Our team is responsible for overseeing the UBS and Third-Party Distributors globally. Additionally, we also oversee numerous UCITS KIDs/PRIIPS KIDs managers, Marketing Communications producers, Authorized Participants and others. As an Intern in the Fund Oversight Team, you'll work closely with our large universe of distributors and other internal and external stakeholders involved in the Funds Industry.
You will be part of the Management Companies Service Delivery Team, which is responsible for supporting numerous Management Companies in various key control and execution activities.

Your expertise

• a student status or university degree
• capacity to work 40 hours per week
• very good written and spoken English
• very good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• eager to learn and gain experience in Asset Management
• motivated with can-do and proactive attitude.
